The Square 1 Development project team has proven experience working throughout the Central Valley. Our team has years of first-hand knowledge with Program management, Preconstruction, Design-Build, General Contracting, Construction Management, and Self-Performing. We are also extremely familiar with the local jurisdictions. We are proud to have cultivated a trusted partnership with many of our clients, which provides us a close understanding of the needs and goals of their projects.​
